Open Analytics

1. Sign in at app.tabflows.com.
2. Select Analytics under Admin.
3. Review My stats. Admins can switch to Clinic.

The activity view covers the Last 7 days.

Read activity

Use the total, daily activity chart, system breakdown, and teammate list to understand where Tabflows was used. A lower count does not by itself mean work was missed; confirm the workflow and date range before drawing conclusions.

Review Time back

If Time back is available, review estimated time saved by activity, day, and teammate. Select Update to recalculate. If no assisted activity has been counted yet, select Compute now; it looks back 90 days. Totals also refresh hourly.

Treat Time back as an estimate based on recorded supported actions, not payroll, timekeeping, or a complete productivity score.

If data is missing

• Confirm whether My stats or Clinic is selected.
• In Time back, select Update once and wait for it to finish.
• If Time back is absent, it is not enabled for the account.
• Contact Support if the activity view remains unavailable.
