Update your name or profile photo

1. Open Tabflows.
2. Select Profile under Personal.
3. Open Account.
4. Select the pencil beside your name to make a change.
5. Select Add photo or Change photo to upload a JPG or PNG image up to 5 MB.
6. Select Remove if you no longer want to use a profile photo.

Your email address appears for reference and cannot be changed from this page.

Choose your Tasks preferences

In Profile → Account, scroll to Tasks. You can:

• Choose your default Task assignee.
• Turn Task email notifications on or off.
• Choose whether Enter sends a comment or adds a new line.

Choose your Sidekick preferences

In the Sidekick section, you can:

• Turn Screen awareness on or off.
• Hide smart buttons.
• Turn off automatic Draft Assist generation.

Changes apply to your Tabflows experience wherever you use it.

Review your plan usage

If your plan includes usage tracking, the Plan usage limits section shows your current plan, how much you have used, and when the usage period resets.

If a setting is missing, update Tabflows, reload the page, and check again. Contact Tabflows Support if you still cannot access it.
