Use Profile for your name, photo, personal Task settings, Sidekick preferences, and plan usage. Use Appearance for Tab view, Sidebar view, and Sidebar zoom.

Organization

Use Practice Brain for shared clinic knowledge; Tasks and Task Settings for team work; Branding for the name, logo, contact details, colors, and disclaimer used on generated documents; and Marketplace for Tabflows actions. Calls, Care Graph, and Artifacts appear only when they are available for your clinic; Calls and Suggestions appear only for Admins.

Admin

Use Team to invite people, manage roles, and archive team members. Use Pricing and billing for Tabflows Core and the current price of the paid service. Use Earn for your personal referral link and referral activity when it is available.

Admins can use Analytics to review their own recent activity. Admins can also switch to clinic-wide activity; Time back appears only when enabled.

Quick settings from the extension

Select the gear in the Tabflows extension for Clinic settings, Clear cache, Update extension, and Log out. Display and opening preferences live under Appearance, not in this quick menu.

If a page or setting is missing, update Tabflows, reload the app, and try again. Contact Tabflows Support if it is still unavailable.
