Team, roles, Profile4
- How to invite a team member 101, part of Tabflows 101Invite teammates so they can join shared Tasks, mentions, and clinic-wide patient linking. Only clinic Admins can create, resend, copy, or cancel pending invitations.
- How to archive a team memberArchive a teammate when they leave the clinic or no longer need access. Admins can archive users; a clinic always needs at least one Admin, so the last Admin can’t be archived.
- Roles, responsibilities, and permissionsRoles in Tabflows determine what each team member can access from day-to-day patient work to clinic-level settings like billing and team management.
- Manage your Profile and personal settingsManage your name, profile photo, personal Task settings, Sidekick preferences, and plan usage from Profile.

Pricing and billing5
- Is there a free trial? There is no trial clock. Tabflows Core is free for your whole team for as long as you want it, and the paid service is month-to-month — so you can start today and decide about it whenever you are ready.
- Pricing and billingUnderstand what Tabflows Core includes and how pricing for the paid service changes as your clinic grows.
- What is a Practice X-ray
- Who can manage billingBilling is managed at the clinic level. Admins can review pricing and request changes; other teammates should ask an authorized clinic administrator.
- How cancellation worksThe paid service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. An Admin can request cancellation, and Tabflows confirms when it takes effect.
