Change how Tabflows opens and looks

Last checked Oct 27, 2026 against Tabflows v3.10.63

On this page

Choose Tab view or Sidebar view

  1. Open Tabflows 👉 https://app.tabflows.com/
  2. Select Appearance under Personal.
  3. Under Tabflows view, choose:
  • Tab view to open Tabflows in a browser tab.
  • Sidebar view to keep Tabflows beside the page you are working in.

Adjust the sidebar size

Under Sidebar zoom, choose a size from 60% to 125%. This changes the size of text and controls in the Tabflows sidebar.

Your changes save automatically.

Open quick settings from the extension

Select the gear in the Tabflows extension to open its quick settings menu.

  • Clinic settings opens your Profile in the Tabflows app.
  • Clear cache refreshes locally stored Tabflows information when Support asks you to.
  • Update extension appears when a newer version is available.
  • Log out signs you out of the extension.

View and sidebar-size preferences now live under Appearance in the Tabflows app.

If Sidebar zoom is unavailable, update the Tabflows extension and reload your browser page. Contact Tabflows Support if it is still unavailable.

Hide, close, or remove Tabflows

  • Hide or close Tabflows when you only want it out of view for now. Your clinic account, Tasks, settings, and extension remain available.
  • Remove a system from Tabflows when you no longer want that connected-system shortcut in your Tabflows navigation. This does not uninstall the Tabflows extension.
  • Uninstall the Tabflows Chrome extension only when you want to remove Tabflows from Chrome. Open chrome://extensions, find Tabflows, and select Remove. Your clinic’s Tasks, settings, and account data are not deleted, but Tabflows will not appear in Chrome again until you reinstall it.

If you are troubleshooting, try updating or reopening Tabflows before uninstalling it.
