Getting help and support
On this page
Start free. Ask questions as they appear.
Trying a new workflow is easier when help is close. Tabflows gives prospective users, clinic owners, and invited teammates several ways to ask a question or get oriented.
Use the in-app support chat
The fastest way to reach the Tabflows team is through the built-in chat in your sidebar.
- The Support tab in the bottom right of the Tabflows sidebar opens this conversation; if you are already chatting here, you are in the right place and the team will be right with you
- Type your question or describe your issue
- A badge appears on the tab when the team replies
Your chat history is saved so you can pick up where you left off.
Ask Sidekick to report a bug or feature request
You can also ask Sidekick to report a feature request, bug, or support issue to the Tabflows team. Sidekick will summarize the issue and confirm only after the report is saved. Do not include patient names or patient details.
A saved report means the team was notified; it does not promise a reply or follow-up email. If reporting is unavailable, use Support chat.
Search the Help Center for a guided answer
- The Help Center has articles and guides covering Tabflows features, organized by topic.
- Visit help.tabflows.com, or you can find the helpful articles in the bottom right of the Tabflows sidebar
- Browse articles by collection, including Tasks, Sidekick, Clinic Settings, Practice Brain, and more.
Share more context in the chat
For detailed requests, add the details right here in the chat; the team sees everything in this conversation.
- Attach screenshots or a short screen recording if it helps.
- Include a description of your issue and attach screenshots if helpful
