The team chat built into Tabflows for direct primary care clinics. Your whole team and Sidekick, the Tabflows AI, share one conversation with threads, patient links, @mentions and emoji reactions, in the Tabflows web app and in the side panel beside the systems you already use.

Mention @Sidekick in a thread and it replies there, where the whole team can read the answer. It follows the earlier conversation, thread replies included, reads files shared in the chat, sees the page you have open, and can create tasks or build a tracker, table or chart right in the thread.

Type # and pick the patient. The link opens the patient in Tabflows, and its system icon opens them in the other systems they are linked to, like Elation, Cerbo or Hint.

It is an acknowledge box. When you @mention a teammate, they tick the box by their name to acknowledge the message; when you mention a group, anyone in it can tick it for the group. Everyone can see who acknowledged it and when.

Your private 1:1 space with Sidekick. Only you can see it. Write yourself a note, @mention Sidekick to ask it something, or schedule an ask, like a summary every weekday at 7:30 AM, that runs even when Tabflows is closed.

Yes. In the systems you already use, like Elation, Spruce and Hint, the Tabflows sidebar shows your unread count on its Chat button, and the conversation opens in the side panel right beside the page.
