Why didn't an @ mention change task ownership

Change ownership
- Open the task.
- Update Assigned to with the new teammate or group.
- Add a comment explaining the handoff.
- Save the Task.
Confirm it worked
The new teammate or group appears in Assigned to, while the comment remains as handoff context.
