What Cerbo is

Cerbo is an EHR, patient-portal, and practice-management platform used by direct primary care, functional, integrative, concierge, and other cash-pay practices. It combines charting with membership billing, secure communication, e-prescribing, inventory, telemedicine, and patient self-service.

How Tabflows works with Cerbo

The actions below describe Tabflows’ verified support with Cerbo; they are not a list of everything Cerbo can do.

  • Open Cerbo in Tabflows — keep the signed-in product one click away in your personal workspace.
  • Link the patient record with the Tabflows link button — search the configured clinic domain, confirm the patient, and save the clinic-wide link.
  • Use supported Cerbo information with Sidekick — use available summaries, encounters, billing information, medications, orders, supplements, and the documented calendar workflow.
  • Review available Cerbo documents with Sidekick — Sidekick can use a document’s title, folder, filed or unreviewed status, and, when available, reviewer, review date, and extracted text. Supported Sidekick reports can also include a link back to the source document. Open the linked Cerbo document and verify the patient and contents before relying on extracted clinical information.
  • Prepare Cerbo key results with the Magic Button — draft key results from a Cerbo document, then review and save them in Cerbo.
  • Triage Cerbo unfiled faxes with Sidekick — scan Received Faxes (Unfiled), review every card, and use supported filing actions after human review.

If it doesn’t work

If Tabflows opens the wrong patient record, return to Cerbo, confirm the intended person, and replace the saved link from the correct record before retrying.

If the correct Cerbo record opens but the native workflow still fails, continue troubleshooting in Cerbo; a saved Tabflows link does not change the system’s own access or workflow rules.
