Mobile

Sign in on your phone, update a Task there, and know what still needs desktop Chrome.

3 min

Tabflows Mobile is Tabflows in your phone's browser, with the same account and clinic. There is no app to download.

Sidekick, Team Chat and Tasks work there when your account has them. Anything that reads or clicks inside your EHR, Magic Buttons included, still needs the Chrome extension on a computer. Patient information on a small screen is still patient information, so keep the phone locked and to yourself.

Topics

  1. Open Tabflows on your phone Tabflows Mobile runs in your phone's browser with the same account; there's no app store download. Sidekick, Team Chat and Tasks are in the mobile menu.
    1. In your phone's browser, go to app.tabflows.com and sign in.
    2. Open the mobile menu to switch between Sidekick, Team Chat and Tasks.
    3. Optional: open app.tabflows.com/tasks and choose Install or Add to Home Screen from the browser menu.
  2. Know what still needs your computer Your phone can ask, read, draft and plan. Anything that reads or acts inside a live EHR page, including Magic Buttons and automatic page capture, needs desktop Chrome.
  3. Keep patient information safe on your phone Use a phone with a screen lock, avoid shared devices for patient work, and attach only what's needed.
    1. Confirm the patient before every patient question.
    2. Crop out unrelated information before attaching a photo or screenshot.
    3. Lock the phone when you're done, and sign out on a shared device.
