So let's skip the buzzwords and talk about what AI task management actually does when you point it at the operational layer of a medical practice. AI should never decide whether a patient needs a callback or what that callback should say. It should never close a task on its own because it "thinks" the issue is resolved. It should never override a provider's judgment about priority.
