> **Summary:** Saved Task filters live under Favorite filters. Search the exact name and check both pinned and unpinned entries.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *A saved Task filter remembers viewing conditions such as owner, status, patient, urgency, or due date; it does not store or move the Tasks themselves. When the filter is absent, the underlying work may still exist in another view. A missing shortcut is not missing work, though the two can look remarkably similar at first glance.*

---

## Quick checks

- Confirm the filter was saved successfully.
- Search for its exact name.
- Check pinned and unpinned filters.
- Review whether it was deleted.

---

## Find the filter

1. Open Tasks.
2. Open **Favorite filters**.
3. Search for the saved-filter name.
4. Review pinned and unpinned entries.
5. Select the filter to apply it.
6. If current filters already match it, look for the saved-filter name near the active filters.

---

## If the filter was deleted

Rebuild the filter combination and save it again with a clear, unique name.

> See 👉 **[How do I save and reuse a task filter.](https://www.tabflows.com/university/library/tasks/how-do-i-save-and-reuse-a-task-filter)**
