> **Summary:** Reinstall Tabflows when the extension will not load, expected controls are missing, patient linking is not working, or a recent update does not appear.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *The Tabflows Chrome extension is the small browser program that places Tabflows beside supported healthcare pages. Reinstalling removes that browser copy and adds a fresh one without deleting clinic Tasks, settings, or account data. It can repair extension problems, but it cannot charm a wrong password or another system’s permissions into cooperating; humans wisely try Update first.*

## Reinstall Tabflows when

- Tabflows Side View does not load
- Tabflows buttons are missing in your EHR or Spruce
- Sidekick or Draft Assist is unavailable
- A patient will not link or open correctly
- A recent Tabflows update is not appearing

Reinstalling the extension does not delete your clinic’s Tasks, settings, or account data.
