> **Summary:** Ask Sidekick to read a provider or clinic schedule from Cerbo. Review the returned dates, providers, appointments, cancellations, locations, notes, and warnings. The action is read-only.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *Clinics use calendars to record which person is expected with which provider at a particular time. Sidekick can read the Cerbo calendar for a provider or the whole clinic, including active and cancelled appointments, but it does not create or change them. Humans turn a day into rows and rectangles, yet an empty rectangle still does not promise that anyone is available.*

---

## Before you start

- Use desktop Chrome with the Tabflows extension running.
- Confirm the clinic’s Cerbo address is configured in Tabflows.
- Sign in to Cerbo.

---

## Read a schedule

1. Open **Sidekick**.
2. State the date range you need.
3. Say whether you want one provider or the whole clinic. Use the provider name shown in **Cerbo**.
4. Review providers, appointments, cancelled appointments, locations, notes, and warnings.

**Sidekick** separates active and cancelled appointments and uses Cerbo’s displayed times. It does not invent availability from gaps.

---

## Try :

> - *Show me Dr. Alvarez’s schedule for next week.*
> - *Review the whole clinic’s calendar for March 3 to March 7.*
> - *List Dr. Alvarez’s appointments for March, including cancellations.*
> - *Which providers have appointments on March 3?*

---

> **Good to know:** Keep the request focused. Use an exact date range and say whether you want one provider or the whole clinic. If the result is large or marked partial, shorten the date range or ask for one provider at a time.

---

## If Sidekick cannot read the calendar

- Sign in to Cerbo, then retry.
- Confirm the clinic address is configured.
- Choose an exact provider when a name is missing or ambiguous.
- Narrow a large clinic-wide request.
- Treat any result marked partial as incomplete.

---

## What this action changes

**Nothing in your schedule.** It does not create, update, cancel, or delete appointments.

After some calendar reads, Cerbo may briefly change your saved provider or date view. Tabflows normally restores it. If the view looks different afterward, refresh Cerbo and reselect the providers and date. The returned appointment data is unchanged.
