A clinic replaces every sample with its own approved information, adds that version to Practice Brain, and tests it in Sidekick. The example saves typing; approval makes it clinic knowledge.* --- ## Use a template from start to finish 1. Open the template and choose **File → Make a copy.** 2. Save the copy in your clinic’s shared drive. 3. Replace every sample value with approved clinic information. 4. Have the appropriate owner review the document. 5. Add the approved copy to Practice Brain. 6. Ask a realistic question in Sidekick and compare the answer with the source. 7. Add an owner and review date so the template stays current.
