> **Summary:** Use Recents, View all chats, saved prompts, Clinic Workflows or Missions, and suggested follow-ups to continue useful work without starting from scratch.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *Mobile lets a human reopen earlier chats and reuse saved prompts or available Clinic Workflows. A saved prompt returns reusable text; a Workflow runs a prepared multi-step process; an old chat preserves old context. Reuse saves repetition but does not make yesterday’s patient or assumptions current. Humans recycle good work, not the calendar.*

---

## Return to a recent conversation

Recent chats appear under Recents on the Sidekick start screen.

1. Open Sidekick.
2. Find the conversation under Recents.
3. Tap it to reopen the thread.
4. Review the patient and prior context before continuing.

Use View all chats under Recents to browse more conversations. Tap Back to start a new chat when the topic or patient changes.

> **Important:** An old conversation may contain an old patient selection or outdated context. Confirm both before continuing.

---

## Use a saved prompt

Saved prompts turn repeatable instructions into one-tap starting points.

1. Open Sidekick.
2. Select a saved prompt from the start screen, or open the saved-prompt list.
3. Review the prompt in the composer.
4. Add the patient, date, file, or other context needed for this request.
5. Send it.

You can also create, update, or delete saved prompts from the saved-prompt area.

---

## Run a Clinic Workflow or start a Mission

The guided option you see depends on your clinic and user access.

### If you see Workflows

1. Open Workflows on the Sidekick start screen.
2. Tap the Clinic Workflow you need to run it.
3. Follow progress in Sidekick or open the Task created for the run.
4. Review the result and verify important changes in the source system.

The workflow continues separately from the mobile page. Closing Sidekick does not cancel it.

#### If you see Missions

Choose a Mission to send its starting prompt, then follow Sidekick one step at a time. What a Mission can do may depend on your role, clinic setup, connected information, and permission to update clinic knowledge.

---

## Use suggested follow-ups

After an answer, Sidekick may show suggested next questions. Tap one to continue the same line of work.

> **You can also write your own follow-up:**
>
> - *"Narrow this to the last 30 days."*
> - *"Show the source for each item."*
> - *"Turn these findings into a Task."*
> - *"Rewrite this as a patient-friendly message."*

---

## Know when to start a new chat

Start a new chat when:

- You change patients.
- You move to an unrelated clinic topic.
- The existing thread contains too much unrelated context.
- You want a clean answer based only on new files or instructions.
