> **Summary:** Open an action to review what it does, where it works, and the information you need before using or requesting it.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *Marketplace is a catalog of jobs Tabflows can help with across connected systems. Humans can browse categories, narrow the cards with category filters, or search titles and descriptions; opening a card reveals the details. Finding a card proves only that the action is listed in the catalog, not that it has run for this clinic. Humans made filters because even a catalog can become a search problem.*

---

## Browse actions by category

When you open Marketplace, all actions appear grouped under their category: Billing, Care, Communication, Documentation, and Workflow. Each group shows a category icon, the category name, and a count of how many actions are in that group.

Scroll down the page to see all categories and their actions. Each action appears as a card showing the action title, a short description, and a badge for the connected system (such as Hint, Elation, Spruce, or Tabflows).

---

## Filter by category

At the top of the Marketplace page, a row of filter pills lets you narrow the view:

1. Select a category pill (Billing, Care, Communication, Documentation, or Workflow) to show only actions in that category.
2. Select All Actions to return to the full list.

The All Actions pill shows a count of the total number of enabled actions. When you select a category, only the matching action cards and category group appear on the page.

---

## Search for an action

Use the search bar in the top-right area to find a specific action:

1. Open Tabflows and select Marketplace under Organization.
2. Type a word or phrase into the search field.
3. The page updates instantly to show only actions whose title or description matches your search.
4. Clear the search field to return to the full list.

Search works alongside the category filter. If you have a category selected and type a search term, only actions matching both the category and the search term appear.

---

## Read an action card

Each action card shows:

- Action title: The name of the action (for example, Review a patient page or Draft a message).
- Short description: A one-line summary of what the action does.
- System badge: The connected system the action works with, shown as an icon and name at the bottom of the card (for example, Hint, Elation, Spruce, or Tabflows).
- Category icon: A small icon in the top-right corner of the card showing the action category.

Click any action card to open its full detail view. See Understanding action details for what the detail view shows.

---

## Empty state

If no actions match your current filter or search, the page displays a message: No actions found matching your search. Clear the search field or select a different category to see actions again.
