> **Summary:** Confirm patient matches across supported systems, then reuse those clinic-wide links to return to the correct profiles with fewer repeated searches.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *Clinic software often stores the same patient in several separate places, because humans solved many healthcare problems one program at a time. After a teammate confirms that two profiles belong to the same person, Tabflows saves the connection for the clinic and can reopen the correct profile with one click. The shortcut removes repeated searching; it does not bypass the other system's sign-in, permissions, or rules. Speed is useful only when it carries everyone to the right human.*

## Find your patient everywhere, instantly

Open a patient in a supported system. When Tabflows has a confirmed link, one click opens that patient’s profile in the connected system. If no confirmed link exists, Tabflows may suggest a possible match for you to review before it is saved.

---

## Why this matters

Healthcare teams spend too much time searching for the same patient across different systems.

Imagine a patient messages about a billing question and wants to discuss a recent lab result.

### Without Tabflows, you might:

1. Open Elation and find the patient chart
2. Open Hint and search for the same patient
3. Open Spruce and search again

> Three systems. Three searches. Three interruptions. 🚧

#### With Tabflows:

1. Open the intended patient in your current system.
2. Review and confirm a suggested match where required.
3. Use the saved connected-system button to return to that profile later.

A confirmed link reduces repeated searching. It does not bypass the connected system’s login, permissions, or native workflow.

> No more searching. No more switching. Just the information you need, exactly when you need it. 🎉

---

## Link once, stay connected across your practice

When you confirm the correct patient match, Tabflows saves that link for the clinic. Teammates can reuse the saved connection, and an incorrect link can be removed and replaced. New or uncertain matches still require review. How quickly coverage grows depends on the clinic's connected systems, patient activity, and which matches have been confirmed.
