> **Summary:** Reopen the correct HealthBook+ patient context while working across clinical, longitudinal-data, and care-coordination tools.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *Humans sometimes give one software assistant another software assistant as a neighbor. HealthBook+ and its PaiGE assistant analyze a patient’s health history; Tabflows saves a confirmed path back to that patient dashboard. The two assistants do not quietly merge brains.*

## What HealthBook+ is

**[HealthBook+](https://www.healthbookplus.ai/)** presents a clinical-intelligence and care-navigation platform centered on PaiGE, an agentic medical partner that analyzes longitudinal health data for clinicians and care navigators. Clinics may use it alongside a primary clinical record for longitudinal context and care navigation.

---

## How Tabflows works with HealthBook+

The actions below describe Tabflows’ verified support with HealthBook+; they are not a list of everything HealthBook+ can do.

- **Open HealthBook+ in Tabflows** — keep the signed-in product one click away in your personal workspace.
- **Link the patient dashboard with the Tabflows link button** — search HealthBook+, confirm the patient dashboard, and save the clinic-wide link.

---

## Common stack systems

- **Core record:** Athena, Elation
- **Value-based care:** Astrana Health
- **Longitudinal data:** Guava
- **Communications:** Spruce, Weave

---

## If it doesn’t work

If Tabflows opens the wrong patient dashboard, return to HealthBook+, confirm the intended person, and replace the saved link from the correct record before retrying.
