> **Summary:** Link a Guava patient and let Sidekick use the supported longitudinal health data listed below.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *Guava is a patient-controlled place that gathers medical records, symptoms, medicines, measurements, connected-device data, and other health history over time. Tabflows can link the correct Guava record and let Sidekick read the supported information listed in this article. The information travels from Guava into the answer, not back into Guava as a change; Sidekick may be an eager reader, but it is not holding the pen here.*

## What Guava is

**[Guava](https://guavahealth.com/faq)** combines medical records, patient-entered information, connected devices, symptoms, medications, and longitudinal insights in a patient-controlled health record. Clinics can work with that information through Guava’s provider experience.

---

## How Tabflows works with Guava

The actions below describe Tabflows’ verified support with Guava; they are not a list of everything Guava can do.

- **Open Guava in Tabflows** — keep the signed-in product one click away in your personal workspace.
- **Link the patient record with the Tabflows link button** — search Guava, confirm the patient-controlled record, and save the clinic-wide link.
- **Ask Sidekick about supported Guava information** — use supported summaries, labs, encounters, diagnoses, medications, allergies, vitals, wearables, documents, symptoms, immunizations, food logs, events, care-team details, and family information.

---

## Common stack systems

- **Core record:** Elation, Hint Clinical
- **Labs:** Quest, Labcorp, Rupa Health
- **Communications:** Spruce, Weave

## If it doesn’t work

If Tabflows opens the wrong patient record, return to Guava, confirm the intended person, and replace the saved link from the correct record before retrying.

If the correct Guava record opens but the native workflow still fails, continue troubleshooting in Guava; a saved Tabflows link does not change the system’s own access or workflow rules.
