> **Summary:** Reopen the correct CharmEHR patient dashboard from the same patient context you use elsewhere in Tabflows.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *CharmEHR is software a clinic may use for medical records and much of its daily operation, including appointments, billing, prescriptions, laboratory work, and patient communication. Tabflows can connect the patient selected elsewhere to the confirmed CharmEHR dashboard and reopen it later without another search. That saved shortcut does not let Sidekick read the chart or Tabflows change it; remembering where a record lives is useful, but it is not the same talent as reading its mind.*

## What CharmHealth EHR is

**[CharmHealth EHR](https://www.charmhealth.com/ehr)** — shown as **CharmEHR** in Tabflows—is a cloud platform for clinical documentation, practice management, billing, patient engagement, scheduling, prescribing, labs, telehealth, and related administrative work. Clinics may use it as the main record for care delivery and day-to-day practice operations.

## If it doesn’t work

If Tabflows opens the wrong patient dashboard, return to CharmEHR, confirm the intended person, and replace the saved link from the correct record before retrying.
