# Manage your Profile and personal settings > Manage your name, profile photo, personal Task settings, Sidekick preferences, and plan usage from Profile. Profile handles your personal setup: name, photo, default Task behavior, notifications, Sidekick preferences, and plan usage. Roles, billing, connected systems, and clinic-wide settings live elsewhere—because changing your notification preference shouldn’t accidentally rearrange the entire clinic. Your profile, your preferences.* --- ## Update your name or profile photo 1. Open Tabflows. 2. Select Profile under Personal. 3. Open Account. 4. Select the pencil beside your name to make a change. 5. Select Add photo or Change photo to upload a JPG or PNG image up to 5 MB. 6. You can: - Choose your default Task assignee. - Turn Task email notifications on or off. - Choose whether Enter sends a comment or adds a new line. > **Good to know:** When Enter-to-send is off, use Cmd+Enter on Mac or Ctrl+Enter on Windows to send a comment. ![Choosing task preferences](https://zchipg5eqhxk0hvh.public.blob.vercel-storage.com/university/f6490b2a969903bb.mp4) --- ## Choose your Sidekick preferences In the Sidekick section, you can: - Turn Screen awareness on or off. - Hide smart buttons. - Turn off automatic Draft Assist generation. ![Choosing you sidekick preferences.
