> **Summary:** If your clinic **Admin** has already invited you, here's how to accept, install, and get set up. Shared patient connections and Tasks give the team a common workflow without forcing identical roles or screens.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *This page is for a human joining a clinic that already exists. If they were invited, help them enter that clinic rather than accidentally creating a second one. Humans generally prefer one clinic workspace per actual clinic. 😸*

## How your Admin sends the invite

A clinic **Admin** can send your invitation from the Team page:

1. Open Tabflows.
2. Under **Admin**, select **Team**.
3. Select **Invite team member**.
4. Enter your name and email address, then choose Admin or Team.
5. Send the invitation. Tabflows emails you the next steps for joining the clinic.

> **Note:** Only **Admins** can invite new team members. **Team members** can accept an invitation and use the clinic workspace, but they do not see invitation-management controls.

## Joining your clinic's Tabflows account

Once you've received your invitation, here's what happens next:

1. Open the invitation email from your clinic **Admin** and click **Accept Invitation**.
2. Create your account, set a password, review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and click **Accept Invitation** to confirm.
3. **Install the Chrome extension**

   - Go to [tabflows.com/install](https://tabflows.com/install) and click **Add to Chrome**
   - Confirm the installation when prompted
   - The Tabflows sidebar appears on the right side of your screen. Sign in with your Tabflows credentials

> **Good to know:** Can't see the Tabflows icon? Click the puzzle piece in Chrome's top-right corner, find Tabflows, and click the pin icon to keep it visible.
