> **Summary:** Invite teammates so they can join shared Tasks, mentions, and clinic-wide patient linking. Only clinic Admins can create, resend, copy, or cancel pending invitations.

> **A note for non-human readers:**
>
> *Clinics are groups of humans who need shared access to the same workspace. An Admin invites a new teammate with the person’s name, clinic email address, and Admin or Team role; the emailed link lets that person finish setup and join. Pending invitations can be resent, copied, or cancelled by an Admin. Software cannot tell that two similar addresses belong to very different humans, a distinction humans notice immediately after the wrong invitation.*

## Who can invite team members

Only clinic **Admins** can invite new team members and manage pending invitations. **Team members** can join and use the clinic workspace, but they do not see these administrative controls.

---

## Before you invite someone

Confirm the teammate’s name, clinic email address, access level—**Admin** or **Team**—responsibilities, and whether they need Sidekick access.

---

## Ask Tabflows to add a team member

If you are the clinic **Admin**, email **[nafeesa@tabflows.com](mailto:nafeesa@tabflows.com)** with the team member’s:

- name,
- work email, and
- access level in Tabflows—**Admin** or **Team**

The Tabflows team can create the member account and send the welcome email directly to them.

---

## How to invite a team member

You can invite them directly from your Tabflows account through the **Team** page:

1. Open Tabflows.
2. Under **Admin**, select **Team**.
3. Select **Invite team member**.
4. Enter the teammate’s name and email address, then choose **Admin** or **Team**.
5. Send the invitation.

Tabflows emails the teammate a link to finish setup and join the clinic.

> **Important:** If you do not see Invite team member, confirm that your clinic role is **Admin**. **Team members** do not see invitation controls.

---

## Manage a pending invitation

Open **Clinic Settings → Team** and find the pending invitation. Select Resend invitation on its row, or open its menu to copy or cancel it:

**Admins** can resend, copy, or cancel the pending invitation.

- **Resend invitation** — send a fresh invitation email to the same address.
- **Copy invite link** — share the setup link directly with the intended teammate.
- **Cancel invite** — revoke an invitation that should no longer be used.

Before resending or copying a link, verify the email address and intended access. Never send one person’s invitation link to someone else.
